Job summary

Ledcor is seeking Apprentices and Journeyperson Carpenters to support a mine life expansion project near Logan Lake, BC. The role emphasizes concrete forming experience, safety, and collaboration across teams.

Qualified candidates will have tickets or be registered apprentices, with CSTS/CSO credentials and ability to work 14 days on, 7 off. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are provided through Ledcor's program.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret drawings and specs to prepare layouts and plan work activities.
• Construct, install, and dismantle concrete forming systems (DOKA and traditional).
• Measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials per project requirements.
• Plan work sequences to complete tasks efficiently and avoid rework.
• Inspect completed work for level, square, plumb, and conformance to specs.
• Maintain Ledcor safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs to prepare layouts, select materials, and plan work activities.
• Construct, install, and dismantle traditional and engineered concrete forming systems such as DOKA and traditional.
• Measure, mark, cut, and assemble materials accurately according to project requirements.
• Plan work sequences and methods to complete tasks efficiently and avoid costly errors or rework.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it is level, square, plumb, and built to specifications.
• Maintain Ledcor’s high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Complete assigned work safely, efficiently, and within project timelines.
