Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Perform rough and/or finish carpentry, including demolition and full rebuilds of interior spaces.
• Carry out drywall, painting, flooring, installation of doors, windows, hardware, and casework.
• Determine the appropriate amount of materials needed to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Perform other miscellaneous jobs as required.

Requirements

• Journeyman carpentry certificate.
• Experience leading projects and managing a team.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with blueprint reading.
