Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for various construction projects
• Perform concrete forming and masonry work as needed
• Perform building framing
• Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with attention to detail
• Conduct restoration projects, ensuring high-quality finishes
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist in rebar installation for structural integrity in concrete work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, framing and general construction practices
• Familiarity with masonry techniques and tile laying processes
• Experience with caulking and roofing tasks is a plus
• Demonstrated maintenance person experience across multiple trades is highly desirable
• Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
• MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
