Richardson Wealth Management is on a transformation journey and want to develop and implement an industry-changing digital strategy that will enable the firm to deliver an unmatched, seamless digital experience for clients and advisors and find new ways to serve clients, integrate digital touchpoints and channels to improve operational efficiencies and attract the next generation of client, advisor and employee with flexible options for engagement.
As Journey Analyst, you will support the Journey owners with market and user research, journey optimization (e.g. experience redesign), journey orchestration and agile delivery and execution.
Partners withthe journey owners andkey stakeholders to articulatejourneyvision; documents problem / opportunity and broader context; defines the desired future states using outcomes as measures of success and with a strong focus onexperience andvalue delivery
Collaborates withjourney ownersand other stakeholders to identify business needs; captures / presents business needs asjourney mapsand visualized requirements
Identifies stakeholders and ensures they are actively providing necessary inputs to teams
Acts as the team’s central point for business /experienceknowledge and ensuresUX Designers,Process Engineers, ProductOwnersand other team members have necessary information and knowledge to complete their activities
Engages the right set of staff within the team based on desired goals to facilitate collaborative working sessions
self-organizes around risks / issues / blockers; raises them as soon as they are identified or appear
Practices continuous improvement and is on the constant lookout for opportunities; provides and adapts to continuous feedback positively

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $60,500-$70,200.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, and the consideration of internal equity.
