Run: May 21 to May 31 (possibility of a one-week extension into June)

Location: Calgary, Victor Mitchell Theatre, Pump House Theatre

Spring Awakening – a rock musical with music by Duncan Sheik and a book and lyrics by Steven Sater. It is based on the controversial German play Spring Awakening (1891) by Frank Wedekind. Set in late-19th century Germany, the musical tells the story of teenagers discovering the inner and outer tumult of sexuality. A musical with alternative rock and folk-infused music.

This production features scenes with nudity, mature content and adult language.
