Job Summary
The Shelter Resource Worker (SRW) reports to the Site Manager and works in alignment with Lookout’s mission, ethics, and policies. SRWs are frontline staff in a 24 / 7 emergency shelter for homeless adults facing issues like homelessness, addictions, and mental health challenges. Responsibilities include intake, orientation, support, and connecting guests to community resources.
