TalentWorld is hiring a Senior Structural Engineer for a respected and growing client in the infrastructure and engineering sector.
If you have deep experience in precast concrete design and a passion for building durable, civil infrastructure, this is a great opportunity to lead impactful projects across Ontario.

Senior Structural Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Design underground precast concrete structures: valve chambers, manholes, tanks, box culverts, and bridges
  • Analyze earth and live loads for structural safety and performance
  • Develop lifting and handling procedures for large concrete components
  • Represent the company on technical committees (e.g. OCPA, CCPPA, CSA)
  • Liaise with consulting engineers, municipal officials, and internal teams
  • Support multidisciplinary engineering and long-term project planning
Senior Structural Engineer Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience designing reinforced concrete in heavy civil or precast sectors
  • Licensed P.Eng. in good standing with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO)
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred, Bachelor’s accepted)
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging external stakeholders
  • Background in cross-functional engineering environments is an asset
Employment Details:
  • Full-time | On-site | Commutable from Guelph/Cambridge
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime during busy seasons
