A leading charity organization is seeking a Job Search Assistant for a full-time summer position aimed at supporting youth in career exploration and skill-building programs. The role involves facilitating workshops, supervising youth during placements, and providing clients with support in their job search efforts. Position Status: Full-Time; 8-week summer term
Compensation: $18.00 per hour

About the Role:
With funding from Employment Nova Scotia, the YMCA Nova Scotia Works Employment Services Centres deliver comprehensive employment services to support individuals in finding and maintaining meaningful employment. This summer position will specifically support the Head Start program—a youth employability initiative designed to help junior high and high school students explore careers, develop workplace skills, and gain valuable volunteer experience.
