TalentWorld is hiring a Regional Sales Manager inEdmontonon behalf of our client, a global leader in security services and technology-driven solutions.
In this role, you’ll lead a team of direct sales professionals across multiple verticals—including residential, small business, and builder partnerships. If you excel at mentoring, motivating teams, and owning results, this is a chance to build something impactful within a high-growth division.

Qualifications:
5+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in direct sales or territory-based roles
Proven success leading teams and delivering revenue growth in competitive markets
Skilled in coaching, communication, and performance management
Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, sales metrics, and data-driven decision-making
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
Flexibility to travel across the assigned region as needed

Reports To: Senior Director, Residential & SMB Sales
Location: Field-based with regional travel required
