Production Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee Manufacturing and Packaging teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, Health & Safety, and regulatory standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and drive KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to enhance equipment and production systems.

Production Manager Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and implement best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience is an asset).
