Job Purpose
  • To expedite access to hematology oncology medicines by understanding the landscape and hospital nuances.
  • To partner with HCPs and hospital centers to support patients throughout their treatment.
  • To optimize the use of hematology oncology medicines, aligning with GSK values and mission.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic business sales plan to maximize territory growth and meet targets.
  • Understand customer needs, hospital environments, and decision-making levers.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of GSK products, strategies, and market positioning.
  • Engage healthcare professionals in scientific discussions to promote appropriate prescription practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful ideas and achieve patient outcomes.
  • Make quick, stakeholder-informed decisions and support HCPs across the country.
  • Contribute positively to a results-oriented environment, demonstrating energy and accountability.
  • Adhere to all internal and external rules, policies, and procedures, demonstrating respect, transparency, and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced scientific degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years recent hematological oncology experience, especially in academic centers, preferred.
  • Proven performance in product launches or related fields if oncology experience is lacking.
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of challenging the status quo for patient benefit.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient with computer applications and willing to learn new programs.
  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to travel domestically.
Additional Information

This role may require routine driving and the provision of a company vehicle, contingent on license verification.
