Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Business Process Owner Manufacturing Warehouses to drive transformation in our manufacturing warehouses across IMSC MTO, working with the Transcend Program teams.

IM Transcend is our IMSC Business transformation program, standardizing and optimizing our E2E way of working, anchored on the implementation of SAP’s S / 4HANA.

The Senior Manager will be a member of the Digital Ops and Tech Services organization (DOTS) as part of our MTO function. Reporting line will be to the Senior Director Business Process Owner MAKE.

In this role, they will serve as the Warehouse business transformation lead, responsible for driving functional alignment as well as optimization and innovation across all manufacturing sites across the globe. They will be the strategic partner for business leadership within the MTO warehousing function and will advise MTO leaders on warehousing strategy.

This role requires critical thinking, effective cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. They must be able to demonstrate a combination of critical thinking and deep operational knowledge of warehousing processes and ERP programs to achieve transformation goals of IM Transcend. They will partner with the Transcend Global Template Owner and Site deployment teams to ensure alignment of global template to business needs in alignment with clean core principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define capability roadmap for manufacturing warehouses in MTO
  • Drive standardization and harmonization of process design within the S4 template while ensuring the regional / local needs are effectively met
  • Responsible for Value Identification and Value Capture for the manufacturing warehouses.
  • Value acceleration during and after implementation of Transcend, motivated by Digital-Operational Excellence collaboration
  • Process Flow Mapping and Data Readiness activities
  • Identify & implement standardization and process automation opportunities
  • Business workshop preparation, support, and attendance
  • Act as Change Agent of MTO

Qualifications

Education :

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable
  • Certification in areas of expertise (e.g., PMP, APICS, Lean / Six Sigma / Process Excellence, etc.) is preferred
  • Required

    Experience and Skills :

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in roles within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs.
  • Strong background / experience in warehouse processes and systems
  • Business process design, engineering, or optimization experience
  • Ability to articulate complex project details clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to senior executives
  • Crafting compelling presentations that effectively convey key project information, including risks, timelines, and achievements
  • Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, to handle expectations and address concerns
  • Consistent track record of cross-functional influencing and achieving organizational alignment through all levels
  • Preferred

  • Experience in completing SAP ERP implementation cycles (e.g., Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Hypercare)
