Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The management of the assigned projects and/or cases.
  • Adherence to the general company processes.
  • Telephone support:
  • Implementing call-centre programs including providing support via telephone to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies. Current focus areas include funding/access issues (private, public, and special programs), compliance, and case management protocols such as clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, and adverse event reporting.
  • Document each activity in the specific program database.
  • Participate in ongoing training and specialized courses as deemed appropriate.
  • Provide feedback on protocols, processes, and inter-departmental relationships.
  • Communicate clearly with managers, colleagues, and during absences.
  • Assist in training new caseworkers through shadowing and call monitoring.
  • Report all adverse events to the relevant units.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Experience and Educational Requirements:
  • Completion of a two-year associate's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, or computer sciences.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the medical/pharmaceutical field is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
  • Familiarity with automated warehouse systems.
  • Strong business, financial, analytical, and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

The successful candidate may have daily interactions with English-speaking customers, patients, or team members from cross-functional teams.
