Millwright Responsibilities:
  • Keeping production lines running smoothly by providing expert mechanical and technical support
  • Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems—hydraulics, pneumatics, and more
  • Performing preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with ease
  • Installing and replacing bearings, hydraulic systems, and mechanical assemblies
  • Collaborating with other trades and contractors to get the job done right
Millwright Qualifications:
  • A valid Ontario 433A Millwright License
  • At least 5 years of heavy industrial maintenance experience (or completion of a Canadian Apprenticeship Program and 3 years of experience)
  • Solid understanding of engineering drawings and maintenance documentation
  • Confidence to work independently and make safe, informed decisions under pressure
  • Flexibility for overtime on short notice

Employment Details:
  • Location: Milton, Ontario
  • Schedule: Continental rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
