Job Title : Jr. Software Engineer (Oracle Retail RMS / ReSA)

Employment Type : Full-Time Position

Job Description :

• As a Software Development Engineer in Testing Inventory Systems, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand business and functional requirements and support quality assurance efforts for Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance initiatives.
• You will ensure that the Inventory platform maintains quality standards using best practices to meet scalability and reliability needs for a growing business.
• Support QA efforts across various cross-functional projects.
• Understand business requirements and solutions thoroughly, define and execute test cases to minimize production defects.
• Drive test automation initiatives for the Inventory Systems Platform.
• Work hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB).
• Collaborate with other QA teams (digital, retail, supply chain) to design test cases and execution plans, ensuring functionalities are thoroughly tested.
• Coordinate with vendor-staffed QA analysts and engineers to facilitate test execution and planning.
• Assist in troubleshooting through strong analytical reasoning.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in design/QA of Oracle Retail Applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, RSE services).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Suite.
• 2+ years of experience in Test Automation.
• Understanding of Selenium-based test automation frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and managing workload to deliver high-quality results.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and web services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
