Job Description

Reporting to the paint line department manager and collaborating closely with the Paint-Line Technician, the painter should have experience in electrostatic powder coating.

Responsibilities

• Apply powder coating using electrostatic process
• Participate in troubleshooting application, surface treatment, and curing issues
• Conduct quality inspections of paint applications
• Manage paint inventory and handle color changes
• Assist in maintenance procedures for the paint line
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• DEP in metal finishing, industrial painting, or equivalent experience
• Experience on a conveyor line is an asset
• Process-driven with attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a safety-first approach
