As our JIRA Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of operational excellence—designing, configuring, and maintaining Atlassian environments (JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, Confluence, and related apps) that empower our cyber-security operations and service delivery teams.

What you’ll do:

• Administer & Optimize JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence.
• Create custom workflows, automation rules, and dashboards for leadership insights.
• Ensure security best practices across Atlassian platforms (access governance, encryption, backups).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on incident workflows and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
• Drive Agile and ITSM maturity through best-practice configuration and coaching.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and own the Atlassian roadmap.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years as a JIRA/Atlassian Administrator in tech or service environments.
• Deep knowledge of JIRA workflows, permissions, and automation.
