Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience is required, preferably in jewellery or specialty retail.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Support training, development, and evaluation of team members; assist in recruiting and selection.
