Job summary

AirSprint Inc. invites experienced pilots to join our team and ensure the safe, efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft across the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond.

You will provide personalized customer service to Owners while maintaining a strong safety mindset and adhering to standard operating procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility and proactive decision making in dynamic travel environments, with schedules including multi-day rotations.

Qualifications

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL) required.
• Canadian passport or resident status with visas for travel within the Americas and Europe.
• Ability to travel to the United States for training.
• Ability to obtain a RAIC.
• Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to regularly lift/push/pull at least 30 pounds.

As a Pilot at AirSprint, you are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of AirSprint aircraft throughout the Americas, Hawaii, Europe and beyond. With a passion for customer service and a safety mindset you provide personalized customer service to our Owners while always prioritizing safety. You maintain a professional demeanor, are adaptable and follow standard operating procedures while using sound pilot decision making to ensure a safe and efficient private aviation experience for our Owners.

While performing your Pilot duties, you enthusiastically demonstrate AirSprint’s values in all you do. You play a key role in enabling the AirSprint team to go above and beyond, working collaboratively to provide safe, seamless, and memorable travel experiences to our Owners each time they fly with us.

IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL:

• Operate aircraft safely and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Adapt to unknown destinations and routes with company support.
• Adapt to changes in daily operations during available workdays.
• Ensure timely response to irregular operations while offering exceptional customer service.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

• Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
• A Canadian passport or resident status with applicable visas to travel freely within Canada, the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean islands, South America, and Western Europe.
• Ability to travel for training purposes to the United States as a passenger.
• Ability to obtain a RAIC.
• Ability to obtain Corporate CANPASS privileges.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check.
• Ability to regularly lift/push/pull at least 30 pounds.

FIRST OFFICERS:

• 1,500 hours Total Time
• 250 hours PIC
• Intermediate Airline Transport Rating (IATRA), or ATPL exams written.

BONUS POINTS FOR:

• A Degree or Diploma in Aviation from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• Jet experience, time on type and corporate experience.
• Oceanic/overseas experience (Embraer fleet)

WORK SCHEDULE:

16 days ON / 12 days OFF (standard, maximum days away from home is 8), 14 days ON / 14 days OFF, 18 days ON / 10 days OFF (on an as available basis, maximum days from home is 9)
