• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or a relevant combination of studies and experience.
• Possess good communication skills to provide training, explain technical concepts to end-users, and conduct meetings with stakeholders.
• Have a good understanding of programming principles; social skills and a strong desire to learn are also valued.
• Knowledge or experience with SaaS and / or iPaaS software is an asset.
• Design a customized solution for Best Choice Products, Amazon’s biggest seller, to optimize the shipping process by increasing container receipt quantities and reducing losses [read about it here !].
• Design geolocation customizations to optimize delivery routes in remote areas of Australia, enabling faster deliveries and the ability to forecast delivery volumes over various timeframes.
• Be involved in all project phases : requirement gathering / analysis, gap identification, solution architecture / design, development, configuration, validation, quality control, documentation, and training.
• Deliver quality code adhering to coding standards and project requirements.
• Design and deliver architectures involving multiple systems, including data mapping and exchange (ETL, EDI).
• Deploy, validate, and test all codes and configurations in Sandbox and Production environments.
• Host meetings with clients to gather requirements, analyze business procedures, and determine software modifications.
• Update industry knowledge by researching new technologies, participating in educational opportunities, and engaging in professional organizations.
• Work collaboratively in teams to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines.
