Responsibilities

• Participate in designing and developing projects, including new applications, new functionalities, bug fixing, and maintenance.
• Help define architecture based on needs analysis to meet client objectives.
• Define technical and functional specifications.
• Evaluate efforts for new solutions or improvements.
• Deploy solutions into production and manage updates.
• Assist in pre-sales efforts such as effort estimation and technology analysis.
• Ensure high development standards through code reviews, testing, and following the software development cycle.
• Support continuous improvement in development practices, including agility and automation.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support team collaboration.
• Stay updated on new technologies and solutions.
• Work within Agile Scrum teams.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 6 years of Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Java OOP and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or VueJS.
• Solid relational database skills (Hibernate, SQL, ETL); NoSQL knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of DevOps concepts; Azure DevOps experience is a plus.
