Duration: EOY to start

Location: Hybrid - 1 day/week in Toronto (Bathurst and Lakeshore)

• Develop enhancements and functionality for backend components to contribute to the development of the PC Health platform.
• This role involves building and maintaining reliable backend services that power digital healthcare experiences used by thousands of users.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and enhance backend components to enable new features and capabilities in the PC Health platform
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Leverage GCP to build and deploy backend services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps in an Agile environment

Must Have Skills:

• 7+ years in Java Development with Spring Boot
• RESTful API development/integration and Microservices Architecture
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) preferred, experience with AWS or Azure also considered
