Job summary

Raas Infotek is seeking a Hybrid Full Stack Java Developer in Montreal to lead REST API development and support, while building Python-based components. You will apply OO design, work in Linux/Unix environments, and ensure secure deployments.

The role requires mentoring junior developers and collaborating across teams to align with security standards and architectural goals. The position is a long-term contract with a hybrid model (3 days in Montreal office).

Qualifications

• Experience with Python and Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Understanding of object-oriented design and software engineering principles.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and familiarity with networking protocols (HTTPS, SSH/SFTP, TLS).
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities
