Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking a Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. You will work with Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies across cloud-native environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Java 8+.
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Experience building microservices and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD tooling.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and cloud technologies.

Current Canadian Java roles commonly emphasize Java/Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, Git/CI/CD, Agile, and cloud/container technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Develop scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Design and optimize database queries and data access layers.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
