Infosys is seeking a Lead Java Full Stack Developer. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation for all types of testing, and supporting activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or willing to relocate. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the field may substitute for each year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Candidates authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship are welcome to apply. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Java/Microservices Development.
• Experience with Java SpringBoot and ReactJS.
• Proficiency in Java 8, REST, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka or MQ, OpenShift, Spring Security, JPA, XML, XSLT, JAXB, JAXP, MVC, Junit, and various design patterns.
• Experience with ReactJS, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, TypeScript, Jasmine, Karma, Mockito.
• Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• High initiative, flexibility, and customer orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience and interest in working in a global delivery environment.

The role involves sitting for extended periods and working at a computer. Communication by telephone, email, or face-to-face is required. Extensive travel may be necessary based on client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation for candidates in Ontario: $89,004 to $115,491
