Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (Onsite Full-time)

Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (CA-NS), Canada (CA)

Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Design, develop, and implement products that enhance customer digital experiences.
2. Utilize current technology skills and continue professional growth by learning new technologies.
3. Provide technical guidance to the team, and help improve engineering, architectural, and coding standards.
4. Collaborate openly with colleagues in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
5. Deliver high-quality, timely, cost-effective, and maintainable software solutions in an agile environment to meet business requirements.
6. Contribute to and promote engineering practices such as code and design reviews, source control strategies, environment strategies, and build/deployment pipelines.
7. Work with product owners, technical leads, and architects to influence platform improvements.
8. Develop understanding of the business domain and participate in technology discussions with business partners and external parties.
9. Share innovative practices with team members.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 6-8 years of experience in software application design and development.
2. 6+ years of Java / JEE experience.
3. 6+ years of Spring / Spring Boot experience.
4. 3+ years of Angular experience.
5. 3+ years of RESTful services experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Testing and deployment technologies.
• API practices, structured design, and clean code.
• Microservices architecture.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent, with a willingness to learn more.
