Role Description:

• Development, Unit test and implementation of web application to meet business requirements.

• Gather project requirements, handle priorities, and produce delivery estimates.

• Planning and allocating work to meet project deadlines.

• Organize team/code reviews and maintain code quality and best practices across the Front-End team.

• Supervise the creation of intuitive, robust, and reusable user interfaces using Spring frameworks.

• Engage in the entire product development cycle to understand business objectives, user goals, and create solutions that appeal to our clients.

• Ensure test bed is maintained to guarantee the quality of the code.

• Produce high quality solutions that will enhance or simplify existing processes.

• Encourage the use of best practices and workflows throughout the organization.

• Contribute to team discussions and stand-ups.

• Mentor and lead other developers and share knowledge with the broader team

Required Skill Set:

• Good years’ experience in web application development using Java, Spring and Hibernate, Restful services.

• Proficient in Sql and Unix.

• Experience in Angular JS or UI skills.

• Experience in Build and deployment using Jenkins, Maven/Ant, Unix/Linux etc.

• Good exposure in customized, generic modules and components which extend the elements and modules of core AngularJS.

• Good in creating build, test scripts and responsible for configuration of build deployment tool for Continuous Integration environments.

• Hands on experience in unit test case creation and technical documentation.

• Mentoring others and sharing best practices.

• Excellent communication skills and working in a matrix hierarchy

Desired Skill Set:

• Prior experience in agile methodology.

• Experience in multi-threading and batch programming
