Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing React applications and full-stack web solutions.
• Experience with React, component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI development.
• Experience developing or supporting Java-based backend applications and RESTful web services.

• Build, enhance, and maintain reusable frontend components and shared UI libraries.

Synechron is looking for a Java Full-Stack Developer to join the Synechron team. The consultant will bring strong React expertise to help UI and design teams deliver best-in-class user interfaces, while also contributing to Java-based backend services, APIs, and integrations.

Requirements: You are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience developing React applications and full-stack web solutions.
• Experience with React, component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI development.
• Experience developing or supporting Java-based backend applications and RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Spring MVC, relational databases, SQL, and secure API integration.
• Proven ability to collaborate with UI, UX, design, QA, product, and engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and frontend testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Experience with Java applications built using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools, package managers, and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with microservices, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Experience with API documentation tools such as Swagger or OpenAPI.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
