Job Opportunity:

Vaco is hiring a Java Developer to join an innovative team in the hospitality industry undergoing a major digital transformation! This direct hire opportunity puts you at the forefront of modernizing platforms, owning backend services, and helping transition development fully in-house.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Kotlin is a plus)
• Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices
• Work in a Microsoft Azure cloud environment
• Assist in bringing development fully in-house from a third-party partner
• Collaborate across teams in a fast-moving, agile environment

What You Bring

• 2+ years of backend/app development (Java or Kotlin)
• Experience with Azure is required
• Familiarity with SQL, Git, and debugging
• Bonus: Knowledge of .NET and Apache Ignite
