Job description

Job Requirements

1. Hands-on experience in JAVA, Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Batch, Spring Security, Spring Web, Spring Data, and SOAP/Restful Services.
2. Knowledge of threading, collections, exception handling, JDBC, Java OOD/OOP concepts, design patterns, message-oriented middleware, SOA design patterns, and parsing XML, JSON, delimited files, fixed-length files, string matching, parsing, building, and working with binary data/byte arrays.
3. Strong experience in SQL (Oracle). PL/SQL programming expertise and Aurora DB knowledge with hands-on experience are preferred.
4. Experience working with SOA & microservices utilizing REST.
5. Experience designing and implementing cloud-ready applications and deployment pipelines on large-scale container platforms is a plus.
6. Experience working in a CI/CD environment, familiar with Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, bitbucket, and related tools.
7. Knowledge of industry best practices such as design patterns, coding standards, modularity, and prototyping.
8. Proficiency in AWS services, including R53, S3, EKS, Private Link, VPC endpoint/services, DNS, NLB, ALB, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, Transit Gateway, IAM.
9. Experience in debugging, tuning, and optimizing components.
10. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
11. Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
