Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Java backend development and architecture.
• Strong hands-on coding experience in Java/J2EE.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and automation practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging/event-driven platforms.
• Strong database experience with SQL and NoSQL technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Mandatory experience in Retail, E-commerce, Commerce, or Omni-channel environments.
