Job summary

Pacer Group in Ontario, Canada is seeking a senior Solutions Architect with strong Capital Markets/Banking experience, Java, Azure, and Event-Driven Microservices to design and lead enterprise-scale cloud solutions.

You will define architecture, design cloud-native solutions using Azure, AKS, Microservices, and Kafka, drive API and event processing, and guide governance and modernization while ensuring security and performance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in Architecture/Technical Lead roles.
• Strong Capital Markets or Banking domain expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for Capital Markets applications.
• Design cloud-native solutions using Azure, AKS, Microservices, and Kafka.
• Drive API, event processing, integration, and distributed-system architecture.
• Lead HLD/LLD, architecture reviews, technical governance, and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, resiliency, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with business, engineering, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
