What will be your daily pursuit?
Your daily pursuit is creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service that inspires tomorrow's adventure.

What will your compensation be?
The starting wage for this position is $16.50 / hour.

What will you do in this job?

  1. Provide a warm and welcoming experience by actively greeting and engaging with all guests as they enter the restaurant.
  2. Work a variety of shifts that may include food running, hosting, bussing tables, barista, restocking, and basic bartending.
  3. Operate the point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency, responsible handling of cash, credit cards, and cash out forms.
  4. Provide guests with exceptional service while implementing Pursuit Hospitality Standards.
  5. Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of service and dining areas.
  6. Work professionally during periods of high volume, ensuring all guests receive an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
  7. Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  1. Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  2. Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred but not required.
  3. Must be enthusiastic about hospitality and providing warm, engaging service to high volumes of guests in a professional manner.
  4. Comfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50lbs.
  5. Energetic, self-motivated, and dependable.
  6. Pro-Serve qualification.
  7. Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods of time in both an indoor and outdoor environment at a high altitude. Be prepared for all weather conditions (Snow, Rain, Wind, Hail) as the restaurant is at the top of Whistlers Mountain.
  8. Secondary language skills an asset.
