What will be your daily pursuit?

Your daily pursuit is guiding and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable dining experience.

What will your compensation be?

The starting wage for this position is $20.00 / hour.

When does this adventure begin?

This seasonal position begins March 4 or May 6 and runs until November 3, 2025.

What will you do in this job?

  • Provide support, training and coaching to ensure the front of house team delivers an interactive, knowledgeable and professional food and beverage experience.
  • Actively participate in the daily food and beverage operation including coordination of scheduling, recognition and performance management duties.
  • Coordinate food and beverage orders and inventory with the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions and preparation and verification of daily cash reports.
  • Act as the direct line of support in handling any service-related issues, actively listening to guest concerns/issues and finding effective resolution.
  • Ensure the restaurant area is clean and always organized.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

  • At least one year of F&B supervisory experience.
  • Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
  • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor environments at a high altitude.
  • Proven track record of “safety first” practices an asset.
  • Previous experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash outs.
  • Secondary language skills an asset.
