This job involves overseeing an assigned work team on a designated account and shift, ensuring productivity levels and customer service requirements are met, and that employees comply with safety, quality, and compliance standards set by the company, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Pay: $21.75/hr. The listed pay is a range; actual offers depend on education, experience, skills, location, and market data. You may also be eligible for incentives or bonuses.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and direct employees according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Operate technology to track and process work orders.
  • Adhere to all non-discrimination and safety standards.
  • Assist managers in achieving operational performance goals.
  • Provide guidance and interpret policies for employees.
  • Manage staffing levels, schedules, call-offs, and employee breaks.
  • Participate in client communications and manage daily schedules and reports.
  • Perform administrative and payroll functions as needed.
  • Coach, counsel, discipline, and conduct service audits of employees.
  • Work with Safety and Quality Managers to ensure safety and security.
  • Set a professional example and ensure compliance with all standards.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise front-line employees on the designated account and shift.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Stand and walk for most of the shift; lift up to 50 pounds; use hands extensively.
  • Work environment involves moderate to heavy noise levels.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Effective communication in English; ability to read and interpret manuals.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and handle problems.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree or related experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 or older.
