Job Description Summary

This position will be responsible for providing operational support with all areas of Janitorial hiring. It will manage and facilitate all Workday and other tech-enabled tasks related to janitorial hiring and onboarding.

Job Title

Janitorial Recruiting Advisor

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as liaison between Service Delivery Managers, payroll, benefits, and HR Services.
  • Manage Workforce Organization Structure within Workday.
  • Utilize advanced Workday functionalities for posting job requisitions, managing group job-board accounts, and reviewing applications.
  • Contact and schedule qualified applicants for in-person applications, hiring, and onboarding at centralized locations.
  • Manage applicant flow, including scheduling, waiting lists, and pipeline creation.
  • Assist applicants with Workday application processes and conduct pre-employment background checks.
  • Transfer applicants through Workday and onboarding processes, including systems like JDE and Kronos.
  • Provide new hires with first-day information and contact details of Hiring Managers.
  • Communicate effectively with applicants, requiring bi-lingual Spanish skills.
  • Travel up to 50% across regions to support recruitment events and onboarding.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Workday and MS Office; experience with Kronos and MS Teams is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, bilingual in Spanish required.
Compensation

$93,500.00 - $110,000.00
