Job Type:Temporary

Our client is looking for temporary Cleaning/Janitorial support for their residential building located on Riverfront SE, downtown Calgary.

This person will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in common areas including shared recreational spaces, washrooms, hallways, etc., as well as doing perimeter checks and reporting all issues to maintenance personnel.

This is starting off as a temporary contract, working from March 11 – 29, 2024.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas
• Cleaning the lobby, kitchen, hallways and bathrooms
• Litter picking around perimeter of property
• Assisting and reporting to maintaince personnel
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reliable
• Presentable

Experience:

• Experience in a janitorial/housekeeping role is required

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Punctual with outstanding time management skills
• Willing attitude, not afraid to take on additional tasks as needed

Base Salary: $18 per hour

• Temporary and Contract employees are pay-rolled weekly via direct deposit.

Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 4 hours per day (8AM – 12PM or 9AM – 1PM)
• 11 day assignment

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

Additional Notes:

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
