Overview

Precision Resource Canada, located in Cambridge, ON, is seeking a mechanically inclined individual with at least one year of experience in the manufacturing industry to join our dynamic team. If you are looking for an exciting opportunity within the manufacturing industry, this position is for you!

This position is permanent day shift (Monday to Thursday from 6:00am - 3:30pm and Friday from 6:00am - 10:00am).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean facility
• Operates scrubbers and other tools
• Follows instructions as per the SDS for chemical use
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Manages inventory and restocking janitorial supplies
• Cleaning walls, sinks, tables, commonly used areas, etc.
• Remove garage, recycling, cardboard, etc.
• Seasonally – shovel, snowblow, salt maintaining sidewalks and patio area
• Completing paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Attends all company specified training as required
• Other duties as assigned within the general scope of manufacturing

Education and Experience

• Completion of high school diploma, excellent comprehension of English
• Must be mechanically inclined with an excellent work ethic
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a janitorial role in a manufacturing environment
