The successful candidate will collaborate with school staff, inclusive education teachers, administration, and district personnel to support priority learners across schools. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education or equivalent required.
• Diploma of Inclusive Education or substantial teaching experience in inclusive settings.
• Valid B.C. Teaching Certificate required.
• Minimum two years of teaching experience in regular or special settings with integration focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and EAs to integrate learners with low incidence designations into regular classes.
• Teach to meet diverse learning needs and differentiate instruction.
• Utilize inclusive teaching practices and plan with stakeholders to support student learning.
• Coordinate IEPs and update learning goals; prepare information for IEP/AIP reviews.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to develop appropriate plans.
