Job summary

Starport Managed Services Inc. in Charlottetown is seeking an Intermediate IT/VoIP Support Technician to assist remote client users and environments, delivering proactive service to meet SLAs and grow technical expertise.

You will handle technical support for applications, hardware and network issues, monitor systems, and collaborate with senior staff on best practices, with a focus on clear communication and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Good communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong client service skills and confidence with executive end users.
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced team environment.
• Working knowledge of CRM, RMM and screen sharing tools.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• High School Diploma plus IT-related certification/degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for client applications, hardware and network issues.
• Monitor servers, applications and services remotely.
• Proactively escalate unresolved queries to senior staff or vendors.
• Update/close tickets and maintain client IT documentation.
