Ce poste permanent, 100% sur site, implique d'assurer le support des utilisateurs et d'analyser les incidents liés à l'automatisation de bureau et au support informatique. Le candidat idéal a un diplôme en informatique et au moins 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de trois (3) ans d'expérience pertinente en automatisation de bureau et support TI.
  • Bonne maîtrise des environnements de cloud computing Microsoft.
  • Connaissance des processus ITIL est un atout.

Responsibilities

  • Fournir un support de premier et second niveau aux utilisateurs.

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position, 100% on site, located in downtown Montreal.

J'interviens sur deux types de recrutement : temporaires et permanents.
Tous nos conseillers en recrutements sont des experts TI qui parlent votre langage et évoluent dans votre univers. Nous couvrons les métiers de l'informatique, développement, décisionnel et infrastructure.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second level support for incidents reported by users related to the office and telephone environment.
  • Process service requests and assist technicians in the management and maintenance of office and telephone environments.
  • Analyze incidents, identify underlying causes and propose appropriate corrective solutions.
  • Train users on new technologies and computer system updates.
  • Recommend fixes and improve existing documentation and procedures.
  • Manage inventory of IT equipment, such as computers, cell phones and tablets.
  • Collaborate with team members as well as the Head of Information Technology to identify opportunities for improvement and propose fixes relating to support, procedures and management of the office environment.
  • Provide support to the network administrator in his responsibilities.
  • Perform any other related tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in office automation and IT support in an IT department.
  • Solid experience with Windows 10 operating system.
  • Expertise in the administration of Office products, including the 365 cloud version.
  • Experience with SCCM and Intune.
  • Good command of Microsoft cloud computing environments (OneDrive, Azure AD, etc.).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS networks.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server, an asset.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, an asset.
  • Interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good management of priorities.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Constant concern for quality.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
