Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configure new PC's (Laptops and desktops) using automated build scripts
  • Decommission end of life PC's and arrange for disposal
  • Provide support to our IT Service Desk and resolve IT Service desk tickets
  • Answer the Service Desk phone and assist users with issues when possible
  • Assist users with hardware and software issues as required
  • Assist IT Manager with planning/review of Software, Hardware and “Near IT” components as required.
  • General support as required by the IT Manager. Support and installation of computer systems as required.
  • Driving between locations will be required.

Qualifications

  • A valid Ontario driver's license
