IT Technician

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support to the 500 users of this technology company.

MORE PRECISELY:

• Perform support 80% of the time
• Work in project mode 20% of the time
• Migrate the various computer workstations to Windows 10
• Work within an IT team of 5 people and report directly to the IT Manager

PROFILE

• 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician
• Experience in a Windows environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and anti-virus
• Leadership and impeccable customer service
• Have an interest in making the transition to a System Administrator position
• DEC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
