Job Description

Are you known for your ability to diagnose and solve technical problems? Would you like to put your IT expertise to good use? Join us and provide personalized support to our transdisciplinary team in a hybrid work environment.

What you will accomplish with us

1. Provide technical support and respond to employee queries;
2. Prioritize requests according to problems’ degrees of severity;
3. Manage user accounts and configure workstations;
4. Install IT equipment (computers, hubs, network cabling, software, etc.);
5. Assist in resolving software, hardware and network problems;
6. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and licenses;

Qualifications

What you need

1. AEC, DEC or DEP in information technology, or equivalent;
2. Communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach;
3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools;
4. Analytical, problem-solving mindset;
5. Good priority and time management skills;
6. Fluency in French required, functional level of English (bilingualism an asset).
