Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Systems & Infrastructure Specialist located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial remote work. The specialist will be responsible for the setup, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure. They will play a key role in ensuring system security, supporting internal users, managing IT assets, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various teams to address technology needs and ensure smooth operational workflows.
