Job summary

Andromeda Robotics is seeking a Network & IT Systems Engineer to be the technical backbone of our internal tech and on-prem infrastructure. You will own devices, identity, office networking, SaaS administration, and the automation layer that ties them together.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation across devices, identity, networks, and on‑prem infra.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and own problems from report to resolution.
• Experience supporting a mixed fleet of macOS and Linux systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and SaaS tool integrations.
• Ability to write scripts to automate repetitive IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own IT support end-to-end across the company.
• Provision, configure, patch, repair, re-image laptops and devices.
• Manage device lifecycle for Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Operate and secure on‑prem servers and infrastructure.
• Administer Google Workspace, IAM, MFA and access policies.
• Automate onboarding/offboarding and access workflows.
• Monitor infrastructure health and implement runbooks for incidents.
• Build self-service automation and tooling to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with security and engineering to improve observability.
