Job description

Title: Site Support Technician | Denver - Multiple Sites | Room for Growth!

Pay/Salary/Benefits/Perks:

  • Contract Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire/Extensions
  • Hourly Rate: $22-28/HR
  • Salary upon Conversion: $55k (contingent upon experience)

Work from Home Policy: On-site 5 days a week. Reliable transportation required for travel between sites. Standard hours are 8am-5pm PST.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Provide support directly to nurses, clinic staff, and doctors through ticket resolution.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in IT support, working on-site with users
  • IT Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
