We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Systems Coordinator to manage day-to-day IT operations across our Calgary office and multiple academy locations. This role involves providing technical support, overseeing device and asset management, administering CCTV systems, and managing software licenses and procurement. The ideal candidate is hands-on, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Provide on-site and remote support for laptops, applications, GSuite, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for staff across all academy locations.
  • Handle photocopy machine service coordination and issue resolution.
Systems & Device Management
  • Set up and configure laptops and other IT equipment for new and existing users.
  • Maintain and administer the CCTV camera systems across all academy locations.
  • Manage device and asset inventory in Rippling —ensuring accurate records of all hardware and software assets.
Procurement & Administration
  • Manage the procurement of IT hardware, software, and accessories.
  • Track and renew software licenses; maintain a system for license compliance and usage.
  • Liaise with vendors for software license purchases, service contracts, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) reviews.
Asset & Records Management
  • Keep up-to-date records of all IT assets, including allocation, status, and service history.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all hardware and software installations, updates, and transfers.
On-site Presence & Travel
  • Work from the Calgary office and travel to various academy locations as required.
  • Conduct periodic on-site checks and support sessions at academies for infrastructure upkeep and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • GSuite administration
  • Microsoft Teams
  • CCTV systems
  • Asset management tools like Rippling (preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with laptops, peripherals, and general IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to academy locations as needed.
  • Based in Calgary office; travel to various academy locations required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer service orientation.
