Job description

At Redhead Equipment, we do “Whatever It Takes” to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck, and construction equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.

We have a new Junior opportunity available for an IT Support person to join our Information Technology team at our Head Office located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Deployment of new computers and transferring programs and data from old systems to new.
  2. Administration of end-user accounts.
  3. Handling help desk requests, including documenting user inquiries and providing support to resolve end-user IT issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  4. Collaborating with other IT staff.
  5. Other duties as assigned.
