The IT Support Engineer II is a key member of our IT team, responsible for supporting and maintaining Safe Software’s internal technology environment. You’ll resolve technical issues that go beyond first-level support, ensure systems are running smoothly, and take part in the rollout of new tools and improvements.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across departments to understand their technology needs and help deliver solutions that support their success. You’ll also work closely with your fellow IT team members to develop best practices, share knowledge, and stay on top of new trends and technologies. Troubleshooting and resolving advanced hardware, software, and network issues.
Configuring, maintaining, and updating IT systems and infrastructure.
Supporting the deployment and management of new technologies and IT projects.
Providing responsive and effective technical support to employees via multiple channels.
Documenting and tracking issues, solutions, and system updates.
Collaborating with other departments to understand and support their IT needs.
Identifying and implementing improvements to IT services and support processes.
Participating in internal training and contributing to knowledge-sharing within the IT team.
Staying current with new tools, practices, and IT trends.
